I came to South Florida Law in an effort to terminate an existing contract with a preconstruction project that I had agreed to nearly a year ago. I had previously paid the developer 20% of the units’ cost and was told by other attorneys that this is not something that I would be able to exit from. In discussing this in greater detail with my attorney at SFL, Nima Ajabshir – he saw things differently! Within three days of contacting the developer we were able to cancel the entire contract without any penalties. The outcome was everything that I hoped for and I highly recommend South Florida Law, but specifically Nima for any one in need of a competent, reliable and trustworthy attorney!

I am originally not from the South Florida Area.. and as a rule I don’t write reviews. However, I thought this was worth communicating. Finding people to do business with in a new city was difficult and a bit nerve racking to say the least. I am so happy I chose who I did. The team at SFL were honest, professional, and did a great job helping me through a difficult real estate situation. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality legal help.
